The Superior Double Room No Window was comfortable with adequate ventilation, and the location was really good, just a short staircase away from the night market. The staff were cute, and breakfast offered a delicious selection. The carrier storage service was efficient, and I appreciated the staff's kindness, especially during check-out.
There was some noise from the nearby night market.

For breakfast, opt for the pho. It's freshly made and a good local touch that stands out.

Noise levels at night were distracting, with sounds from the surrounding area and possible staff activities. The bathroom could use more counter space for toiletries, and the sofa felt a little cramped for the room. Hot water issues arose intermittently , and there was a noticeable smell from the toilet, especially on the second day. A suggestion for breakfast hygiene would be to implement disposable gloves or signs, as some guests picked food with their bare hands.

The Beautiful Family Room was super spacious, perfect for our group. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the amenities felt modern and well thought out. Breakfast was a highlight-had some delicious pho and omelets. Only thing was the bathroom could use a tad more counter space for our stuff.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show, and I was pleased to find their two meeting rooms were well-equipped and facilitated a productive environment. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable.
The only service I missed during my stay was onsite catering for refreshments during long meetings, which would have enhanced the overall experience.

It was just a suitable option for a short interlude in Da Lat with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with local dining recommendations nearby. For a better experience, check out local restaurants instead of relying on what's offered at the hotel.
